AI Detector Review
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026 | Site: AI Detector Review (aidetectorreview.com)
We keep this policy short because we collect very little. AI Detector Review is an independent review and comparison site. We do not run user accounts, we do not process payments, we do not ask you to upload or paste text, and we do not sell personal information.
What we collect
Automatically (analytics): We use Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization) and Microsoft Clarity (with masking enabled) to understand which pages are useful. These services may set cookies and collect standard information such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), browser and device type, and referring website.
If you email us: If you contact us at hello@aidetectorreview.com, we receive your email address and message. We use it only to reply, and we delete it once the conversation is resolved.
Server logs: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, under Cloudflare's own retention policies.
We do not collect: submitted text for AI detection (we have no detection tool), files, payment details, or any account data. We do not sell or rent personal information, as that term is used in the CCPA/CPRA.
Third parties
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — traffic statistics; cookies; IP anonymization enabled.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.) — aggregated behavior analytics; masking enabled.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — hosting, DNS, email forwarding, and security.
- Vendor affiliate programs (for example via Rewardful or the vendor's own program) — only when you click an outbound "Visit" link from our reviews. The destination vendor and its affiliate platform may set their own cookies to attribute the referral. We never send them your data; the click itself is the only interaction.
Cookies and how to control them
See our Cookie Policy for the short list of cookies analytics services may set and how to block or delete them in your browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via your browser's Do Not Track/opt-out settings and of Clarity via its in-banner opt-out.
